Service Partners Inc. (SPI) is an outsourcing, staffing, and manpower agency with humble beginnings going back 20 years.
SPI was founded with the objective of providing job opportunities and uplifting the dignity of work no matter what kind of job they are doing. And as we help one worker, we uplift a family, we uplift a community.
SPI is a company founded with the intention to fully support and protect the employees from such practices. Central to SPI is its goal of improving the workplace environment through fair policies that set a win-win situation for both parties. We hope to become the objective voice of both employers and employees.

Our vision here at SPI has always been to become the manpower system provider of choice in the country uplifting lives & communities through caring service.

More than two decades later and our mission remains the same: to provide Corporations and Residences experiencing lack of competent manpower & organized systems with client-centric, cost efficient & reliable manpower solutions needed to achieve safe stress-free & seamless operations.
We also made it central to SPI the idea that workers and laborers should only have access to employers who will value and respect both who they are and what work they do. It’s never just about providing staffing services, but more so about relationship-building that results in purpose-driven success.
